Parag Deotare [pdeotare@seas]

Biography

Parag received his undergradute degree in Electrical Engineering with Distinction from Government College of Engineering, University of Pune, India in 2004. He then joined IIT, Bombay as a Senior Research Assistant and later moved on to Texas A&M University to study at the Nanostructure Science and Engineering lab, headed by Dr. Jun Kameoka. After graduaing with a MS degree in 2007, he joined Harvard’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences as a graduate student and is currently working towards his PhD under Dr. Marko Loncar. Apart from his research he enjoys astronomy, amateur radio, and cooking. Personal Website
