Pui-Chuen “Wallace” Hui [phui@fas]
Education
Bachelor of Applied Science, University of Waterloo (Canada)
Biography
- Wallace Hui is from Hong Kong. He received his B.S. degree in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University in 2008. At Cornell, he worked on terahertz photonics in Prof. Farhan Rana’s Semiconductor Optoelectronics Group as well as hollow-core photonic crystal fibers and air filamentation in Prof. Alex Gaeta’s Nonlinear and Quantum Optics Group. Currently, he is working on tunable plasmonics and optomechanics in nanostructures in the Lončar Group. Outside of work, he plays the violin and is also a proud tenor in the Harvard Glee Club.
